How to return a package?
The product received does not suit you, contains defects or do you wish to change the size or color?

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 15 days to make a return.

It must not be worn or washed in the same condition as you received it.

Once we have verified that everything is perfect, you will receive an email which will confirm your refund or exchange.

If the package we receive does not meet these criteria, we are unable to respond positively to your request.

How are shipping costs?
Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

How is the delivery going?
When the item is in stock, delivery is approximately within 4 days.

When the item is not in stock, delivery is approximately within 14 days.

How to track our delivery?
You can track your order at any time by accessing the account section when you are identified.

My order does not arrive on time?
If you see the time has passed and your order has not arrived, check your mailbox with your order tracking!

I want to cancel my order
It is impossible to cancel an order once paid!
But you can always return it by following the procedure here: return my item
